Abstract
Based on discrete element software, kitchen waste represented by bone was pulverized and simulated through modeling of double toothed rollers.Corresponding effect of simulation was observed by changing rotational speed n of tooth roll and height h of falling material.Based on particle distribution and color(velocity size), it was concluded that the best effect was achieved at 35 r/min gear roll speed and 230 mm blanking height, that was, the best crushing effect.Particle bonding model was used to provide theoretical basis for structure optimization of double toothed rollers.
