Identification of Volatile Chemical Components from Dendranthema morifolium cv. Gongju in Fields and Ecological Function

Volatile chemical components of Dendranthema morifolium cv．Gongju in fields were successfully collected and analyzed by dynamic headspace bagging collection method combined with GC-MS analysis technology．59 volatile chemical components were identified, including 30 alkanes, 5 esters, 4 alcohols, 3 aldehydes, 4 olefins, 1 aether and 3 ketones．Test results of indoor Y-shaped tube selection behavior indicated that, when α−Pinene ≥ 600 ng/μL, it has a significant repellent effect on 3rd instar aphids（P<0.05）．It provided a theoretical basis for integrated management of tribute chrysanthemum aphid in Dendranthema morifolium cv．Gongju based on phytochemicals．
