Waste Disposal and Safety Management of Microbiology Laboratory in Universities

It is core contents of universities' laboratory safety management for reasonably disposal and safety management microbial laboratory waste．If improper disposal, environmental pollution and personal injury will be caused, and even lead to social public safety accidents．Methods of waste classification and reasonable disposal in microbiology laboratory were analyzed, development status of waste safety management and existing problems in domestic universities were discussed．Corresponding strategies of microbial laboratory waste were put forward as following: formulate perfect management system and waste safety management system; strengthen publicity and education and personnel training, improve safety awareness of relevant personnel; strengthen construction of microbiology laboratory waste disposal facilities; construct virtual simulation teaching project of microorganism experiment and so on．
