Preparation and Application of Integrated Card for Pesticide Residues One-step Rapid Detection

Excessive use of organophosphorus（OP）and carbamate（CM）pesticides has seriously threatened human safety and health, and their detection remains limited by complex operations．A broad-spectrum and one-step rapid detection method for OP and CM pesticides was established by using digitally-controlled inkjet printing technology and cholinesterase inhibition method．Experimental results showed that test card has advantages of fast detection, good sensitivity, good stability, and high repeatability, which was suitable for real-time detection in various occasions, and has great application potential in POC detection．
