Design of Information Project Management System for Entire Lifecycle

Entire lifecycle of an information technology project includes a series of processes, including information planning, project application, project initiation, implementation, final acceptance, and subsequent operation and maintenance．It was elaborated on design principles, requirement analysis, and technical system architecture of an information technology project management system．The system met business and functional requirements of agricultural information project process management and project document management, and improved management efficiency of government agricultural information projects．
