Field Control Effect of Different Types of Pesticides on Soybean Root Rot

  • In order to screen effective seed coating agent for controlling soybean root rot, control effect of compound fungicides and microbial fungicides seed coating on soybean root rot was studied.Results showed that bromoacyl-thiamethoxam 40% FS+sedaxane-fludioxonil-metalaxyl 11% FS and metalaxyl-M-fludioxonil 62.5 g/L FSC had good control effect on soybean root rot, and control effect was above 70% 15 days after emergence.Microbial fungicides 100 billion spores/g Bacillus subtilis WP and 1 billion spores/g Paenibacillus polymyxa WP had certain control effect on soybean root rot, and control effect was 50.86%~60.71% 15 days after emergence.Although control effect was lower than that of combination of fungicides, it had broad application prospects for environmental, human and animal safety.Therefore, in the future control of soybean root rot, combination of compound fungicides should be further optimized, and role of microbial fungicides should be fully played.
