Exploration and Practice of Talent Cultivation Mode for Intelligent Manufacturing Discipline

Advancing strategy of building a manufacturing powerhouse has become a national priority for China, with intelligent manufacturing being key focus．Alongside promotion of intelligent manufacturing, new demands and challenges have emerged for talent cultivation in manufacturing industry．Adhering to talent cultivation concept of combining group cultivation with diversified development, engineering practice with scientific thinking, innovative talent cultivation models of technology integration and system integration was explored from various aspects such as determining talent cultivation goals, interdisciplinary and integrated curriculum system, new teaching models for engineering training practice projects, and building an intelligent manufacturing information platform, to cultivate intelligent manufacturing composite talents that meet national strategic development．
