Design of intelligent single seed metering device

Aiming at market demand of intelligent seeder and development requirements of high-quality seeding operation, in order to adapt to intelligent development trend of agricultural machinery, an intelligent single seed metering device was innovated and designed．Electric drive technology of seed discharge panel, monitoring and control technology of missing seeding and repeated seeding were analyzed and studied．The whole and key working parts of the seed metering device were drawn by CAXA software．Design of the device was proved to be feasible by performance test．The device has important practical significance to improve sowing efficiency, improve seeding quality and accelerate intelligent degree of seeding operation．
