Development and application of bed box self-propelled three-dimensional intelligent planting device

  • Three-dimensional planting device is one of common facilities and equipment in field of plant factory.Fixed three-dimensional planting devices with higher layers often bring many troubles and low labor efficiency to planting and cultivation process.To improve this situation, a bed box self-propelled three-dimensional intelligent planting device was designed, which mainly consisted of a cultivation frame, a cultivation bed box lifting device, an irrigation system control system composition.This device could automatically realize lifting and pushing process of cultivation packaging, efficiently completing three-dimensional planting process of leafy vegetables and other crops, with an annual yield of about 230000 leafy vegetables.This device could largely solve problem of time-consuming and labor-intensive layered cultivation mode in the field of plant factories, improve cultivation efficiency, and provide a reference for design of three-dimensional planting devices.
