Development of strawberry industry in Chang'an District of Xi'an City based on SWOT analysis

In order to explore suitable path for high-quality development of strawberry industry in Chang'an District, Xi'an City, Shaanxi Province, the SWOT analysis method was used to comprehensively and objectively analyze development status of strawberry industry in Chang'an District, and explore main factors that restrict its development．Research has found that strawberry industry in Chang'an District has unique natural conditions and industrial foundations, but still faced many obstacles in its development process, such as need to improve application scope of planting technology, outdated planting facilities, poor brand effect, and backward organizational management．On this basis, countermeasures and suggestions were proposed from aspects of production technology, brand creation, supporting facilities, and management mode to help strawberry industry in Chang'an District grow and strengthen．
