Development status and countermeasures of Yantai marine ranching net tank farming

In order to study development status of marine ranching net tank farming, taking Yantai marine ranching as an example, its net tank farming was investigated, development of Yantai marine ranching net tank farming was summarized．It was found that, there were problems with Yantai marine ranching net tank farming, such as a lack of aquaculture varieties, further development and improvement of aquaculture supporting equipment and technology, incomplete deep-water net tank farming chain, insufficient government support, and a need to improve financial support system．Countermeasures and suggestions were proposed, such as attaching importance to development of marine aquaculture varieties, promoting research and development of aquaculture supporting equipment technology, implementing concept of integrating three industries, extending industrial chain, adhering to large-scale and intensive development, increasing policy support, and improving financial support system for deepwater net cage aquaculture．
