Abstract
Introducing OBE concept into teaching of the Food Preservation Principles course, guided by student learning outcomes, with goal of imparting theoretical knowledge and cultivating practical application abilities, teaching process were reverse designed, course was reformed from perspective of teaching content, teaching methods, and teaching assessment evaluation, and strive to explore a suitable teaching mode for Food Preservation Principles course.
