Teaching reform of Agricultural Product Environment Determination course under context of "double high-levels plan"

Guided by the Chinese characteristics high level vocational school and professional construction plan（hereinafter referred to as the "double high-levels plan"）, and taking requirements for cultivating high skilled talents in agricultural product processing and quality inspection as entry point, problems in teaching of Agricultural Product Environment Determination course were analyzed．Teaching reform was carried out from four aspects: teaching content, teaching methods, evaluation system, and practical training conditions, in order to comprehensively improve teaching effectiveness of course and cultivate high skilled talents．
