Talent training patterns of higher vocational colleges based on skill competition

With rapid development of manufacturing industry, demand for application-oriented skilled personnel in enterprise development is gradually strengthening．Skill competition is an innovative form of training technical talents, which is of great significance in promoting development of vocational education．Taking role of skill competition in talent training as a start, existing problems of skill competition in higher vocational colleges' talent training were analyzed．After summarizing and reflecting, patterns of skill competitions to promote quality of talent training were put forward to provide reference for promoting students' comprehensive abilities．
