Resource value evaluation and recycling utilization path of crop straw treatment in county areataking Qixia City of Shandong Province as an example

In order to clarify value of crop straw resource utilization in counties, taking Qixia City, Shandong Province as an example, based on main crop yields in each year in the Qixia City Statistical Yearbook from 2015 to 2022, temporal distribution characteristics, fertilizer and energy utilization potential of crop straw in counties were calculated．Results showed that crop straw utilization potential of counties was huge and economic benefits were significant．In theory, economic benefits of energy in Qixia City in 2021 were 210 million, which was 1.26 times of industrial profits and about 16 % of fiscal revenue．The per capita economic benefit of energy-based rural population was as high as about 570 yuan．However, the per capita economic benefit of fertilizer utilization of rural population was only about 60 yuan, and utilization cost was as high as about 1950 yuan per hectare．Problems such as open burning and random disposal of decay were repeated．Therefore, combined with counties' advantages, green recycling path of crop straw in the county was constructed from three aspects, to provide a reference for comprehensive utilization of crop straw in the county．
