Abstract
Professional master's education aims to cultivate high-level applied talents with solid theoretical foundations and strong practical abilities.In response to expanding professional master enrollment scale in agricultural engineering majors, reasons for insufficient practical and innovative abilities were analyzed, in aspects of insufficient practical opportunities, disconnection between innovation ability cultivation and production practice, indistinguishable research directions between and academic master and professional master, and imperfect evaluation system.Establishment of a "trinity" training model including course teaching, scientific research training, and practical application was proposed.A differentiated cultivation and diversified evaluation system was constructed to enhance professional masters' practical and innovative abilities.Focusing on aforementioned approaches, process and methods for enhancing practical and innovative abilities were introduced in detail, to break through difficulties faced in agricultural engineering master's cultivation, and provide reference for improving students' cultivation quality.
