Design on adjustable force pressing device of planter for strip intercropping operation of soybean and corn

  • Aiming at problem of strip intercropping operation of soybean and corn, different crops require varying levels of pressing force for stabilization, an adjustable force pressing device was designed.According to actual operation environment and plant, corresponding pressing control was adjusted.This pressing device mainly consisted of a V-shaped pressing wheel, a pressing bracket, and a pressing force regulating mechanism.Through theoretical analyzing and calculation, main structural parameters of pressing wheel have been determined.Pressing force regulating mechanism of pressing device was an infinite adjustment, with a more precise adjustment range to adapt different soil compaction intensities.
