Design of integrated synchronous profiling limited depth mechanism for different sowing depths

In order to ensure consistency and stability of sowing depth during composite seeder operation, an integrated synchronous profiling limited depth mechanism for different sowing depths was designed．Drawing on experience of similar mechanisms in the past, design idea of profiling mechanism was preliminarily summarized．Through drawing solid models and engineering drawings, a seeder prototype combined with the mechanism was produced．Results showed that sowing depths of seeder equipped with an integrated synchronous profiling limited depth mechanism with different sowing depths were stable and consistent on cultivated land．
