Abstract
Microbial organic fertilizer has obvious advantages in improving soil quality, increasing yield and agricultural products quality, and having been widely promoted and applied across country. To further improve soil environment and enhance spring wheat quality, and explore appropriate organic fertilizers application model, effects of increased application of different microbial organic fertilizers and different irrigation quotas on indicators such as growth dynamics, dry matter accumulation, soil nutrients changes and absorption utilization laws, yield, and quality of spring wheat were studied in Hongyashan irrigation area of Minqin Oasis, Gansu Province.Studies showed that, with a reduction of 187.5 kg/hm2 in diammonium phosphate and 525.0 kg/hm2 of urea, optimal water-fertilizer(microbial organic fertilizer)combination(F2W2 treatment)made higher spring wheat plant height, stem diameter, and dry matter accumulation than other treatments. This significantly improved soil organic matter content and nitrogen and potassium utilization rates, promoted potassium transformation in soil, and increased spring wheat yield along with grain protein and lysine contents. In spring wheat cultivation, F2W2 treatment model was recommended, featuring irrigation quota of 750~900 m3/hm2 at a frequency of 5~6 times, base organic fertilizer application of 4500~5500 kg/hm2, and liquid microbial organic fertilizer was applied 2~3 times(300 kg/ hm2 per application).
