Abstract
A teaching mode reform for postgraduate degree course in Advanced Food Chemistry was implemented through content optimization optimization, teaching staff strengthening, and assessment system establishment.This reform aims to enhance students' self-study awareness, strengthen their scientific research thinking, innovative ability and academic quality, thereby laying foundation for cultivating innovative, world-class talent capable of meeting national development needs and promoting university's efforts to bulid world-class disciplines.
