Construction of precision service system for smart field management platforms under background of agricultural informatizationbased on promoting pathway of Beijing's "Two Highs and One Smart" demonstration zones

Within framework of Beijing's "Two Highs and One Smart"（high-standard farmland, high-yield efficiency and smart agriculture）demonstration zone, taking 133.33 hm² core site in Huoxian Town, Tongzhou District as a case study．Technical architecture, key models, economic benefits, and promotion mechanisms were systematically summarized for smart field management platform in enhancing grain yields and enabling low-manpower cultivation．A precision service system with four coupled loops was proposed: space-aerial-ground stereo perception, multi-modal fusion decision-making, intelligent equipment linkage, and cloud hosting services．Additionally, a promotion pathway combining public-benefit platform+standard specification+large-scale operation was outlined．A replicable and scalable high-standard smart farmland demonstration model was provided for deep integration of urban food security and smart agriculture．
