Research on management and application of agricultural data resources in Beijing

With vigorous development of digital economy, data has become an important engine for modern agricultural development．However, management and application of agricultural data elements are relatively lagging．Research found that Beijing has made some progress in aggregation, management, and application of agricultural data, yet problems such as inadequate data collection and sharing mechanisms, missing data standards and regulations, insufficient data quality management, and week data application mining．To address these issues, an implementation plan was proposed that included establishing a data management architecture, clarifying data management departments, improving agricultural data standards, deepening agricultural data governance, innovating agricultural data applications, and ensuring data security and compliance．Specific countermeasures and recommendations were also provided in terms of clarifying responsibilities, establishing standards, deepening governance, consolidating common foundations, and strengthening applications．These measures aimed to improve management efficiency and application level of Beijing's agricultural data resources, promote data-empowered rural revitalization, and advance agricultural modernization．
