Construction of a teaching case database for professional degree postgraduates based on potato whole industry chain processing

Based on years of scientific research achievements from university-industry collaboration in potato processing field, a teaching case database for agricultural engineering professional degree postgraduates education has been constructed, by combining with frontier research of potato whole industrial chain processing, and exploring from storage and preservation to waste disposal．Principles and concepts of case database design, construction ideas, and corresponding ability training objectives were elaborated．Research achievements, engineering practices, and frontier developments in industrial growth from university-industry collaboration were integrated into the classroom, to stimulated students' interest in learning and enthusiasm for participating in enterprise innovation practice, thereby achieving an organic integration of theoretical instruction and practical teaching．
