Research on application talent training mode of intelligent manufacturing engineering under concept of "demand leadership，general-specialized integration，and virtual-real collaboration"

In new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation, intelligent manufacturing has become commanding height and main direction for countries around the world to seize development opportunities．For intelligent manufacturing engineering major in application-oriented universities, it should be based on existing university positioning and regional advantages of disciplines to make sure of strengths and avoid weaknesses, formulate talent training objectives, adjust curriculum system, and adapt to trend of manufacturing industry development．By analyzing current situation of intelligent manufacturing engineering major in universities, talent training of intelligent manufacturing engineering was proposed, including demand leadership, general-specialized integration, and virtual-real collaboration．The purpose was to enable students have scientific thinking, solid theoretical knowledge and wide range of professional skills, and effectively improve students' practical application abilities．
