Abstract
Currently, biomass burners used in dense curing barns and their accompanying controllers generally lack interchangeability, which can lead to difficulties in equipment maintenance and idle resources.Standardizing technical parameters of key components, control interfaces, and operating parameters is an effective approach to achieve equipment interchangeability.Based on existing technical specifications and product surveys, technical characteristics of mainstream products were comprehensively considered to conduct a comparative analysis of main functional components, hardware interfaces, and operating parameters of biomass burners.Technical parameters for feed motor, retraction motor, ignition rod, blower, and ash-removal motor have been optimized.Pinout sequence for burner connector with optimal compatibility has been determined. Methods and recommendations for optimizing ignition parameters, extinguishing parameters, and heat-level settings have been proposed. These measures can enhance universality and interchangeability of biomass burners and their controllers, providing valuable reference for optimizing product design and revising technical specifications.
