“Internet+”Boosting Development of Modern Agriculture in Resource-based Cities：Taking Dongying City as An Example

Developing modern agriculture is one of the important measures in transformation and upgrading of resource-based cities.Dongying city was a case to analyze shortcomings in development of agriculture and the opportunities faced by the “Internet +” era from perfecting circulation mode of agricultural products and consolidating infrastructure，realizing technology innovation，cultivating new farmers and building information platform.And countermeasures for development of modern agriculture in resource-oriented cities in the aspect of traditional agricultural financial reform were put forward.
