Fermentation Formula of Phosphate and Potassium-solubilizing Strain OP6 Isolated from Sericulture Excrement

Fermentation is an important step for application of functional microbial strains.The culture medium of OP6，one strain of Bacillus megaterium isolated from sericulture excrement with the function of phosphate and potassium-solubilizing，was studied by single factor experiment of carbon source，nitrogen source and metal ions.A optimal fermentation formula was：corn starch 3%，soybean meal powder 3%，yeast extract 0.9%，NaCl 2.5%，2.5% CaCO3，0.4% MgSO4，KH2PO4 0.3%，MnSO4 0.075%，pH 7.2-7.5.The formula effect was validated by experiments of tripod and 30 L fermentation tank.
