Analysis of Factors Influencing Land Consolidation Cost：A Case Study of Dapo Town，Zhanyi County，Qujing City，Yunnan Province

In order to explore cost index system and influencing factors of land consolidation project，and then effectively guide optimization and reasonable control of cost of land consolidation scheme.Based on analysis of basic data of land consolidation project，a comprehensive cost index system based on Delphi method was constructed，Dapo town，Zhanyi county，Qujing city，Yunnan Province was taken as an example，and influencing factors of land consolidation cost were studied by using AHP.Results showed that，index system of land consolidation cost included 3 indicators，among which，weight value of land formation rate was the largest，which was 0.507 1，weight value of new facility rate was 0.368 2，and weight value of comprehensive unit price was as low as 0.124 7.Sub criterion layer included 13 indicators，among which，weight value of land formation area was the largest，which was 0.507 1，followed by length of channels and pipelines，with weight value of 0.103 6 and 0.092 1 respectively，and weight value of rate was only 0.010 4.Factor layer included 28 indexes，weight value of height of ridge had the greatest influence on cost of project，with weight value of 0.257 2，followed by slope of terrain，with weight value of 0.186 7，regional wage type had the weakest influence on cost of project.Land formation rate and new facility rate were factors influencing quantity，and degree of influence on cost of project was as high as 87%.Comprehensive unit price was factor influencing price，and degree of influence was 12%.Research results could provide theoretical and methodological guidance for optimal selection of land consolidation schemes and reasonable control of cost，could be of great significance to research of land consolidation in China.
