Design and Experiment of Variable Clearance Self-propelled Jujube Harvester

  • In order to improve harvesting rate of self-propelled jujube harvester,a new type of variable ground-clearance self-propelled jujube harvester was designed in accordance with dwarf and dense planting status of jujube in southern Xinjiang.Structure and working principle of machine were introduced.Variable ground-clearance chassis,flexible picking device,fish-scale flexible diversion mechanism,wind-assisted cleaning and conveying system were developed,which could realize picking,conveying and cleaning of jujube.Relevant experiments were carried out,results showed that jujube harvester worked reliably and stably and its net harvesting rate could reach more than 95% when ground clearance was 0.15 m,which could meet requirements of farmers for harvest of jujube.
