Innovative Design of Maize Ear Distribution Device Based on TRIZ Theory

Domestic and foreign maize harvesting modes were studied，and advantages and disadvantages of ear distribution device used in mainstream maize harvester on market were analyzed.In view of ubiquitous unequal ear distribution，which would lead to uneven load of each peeling channel in next process and cause unbalanced degree of peeling roller wear in each group，finally would reduce reliability of whole peeling device machine，a new type of ear distribution device was designed by adopting TRIZ theory for innovative design.
