Design of Automated Rice Germination Management System

  • This paper presents an automated rice germination management system based on the distributed network. And a large rice seed container and water circulation system have been developed. By integrating the temperature, level, pressure sensors and HMI Human Machine Interface, a rice germination management system which include data acquisition, automatic control, and information distribution system have been finished. This system can control the water temperature, circulation and spray at the different growth stages of rice seed. After application of the technology, the budding rate of rice exceed 95% and the growth of rice shoots are very neat and robust.
