Development Situation of Food Safety Testing Instruments in China

Increasingly fierce food security incident，in which the testing instrument and standard play a decisive role.The paper mainly expounds the application and development situation of testing instrument which the pesticide residue，poisonous and harmful element analysis and agricultural products quality analysis need to use.This paper introduces the latest development of biological detection technology，especially the development of domestic scientific instruments，and proposes to improve the relevant inspection standards，in order to deal with all kinds of possible urgent cases.
