Analysis of Uncertainty in Determination of Tartrazine Content in Beverage

  • Tartrazine content in beverage was determined,from analyzing the uncertainty and evaluating every affecting factor,the main factor affecting the determination uncertainty of tartrazine content in beverage is measurement repeatability,then are coefficient of recovery and fitting of specification curve.The result is that tartrazine content in beverage is(103.5?3.5)mgkg,k=2.
