Development of Combine Walk Gearbox Load Simulation Test-bed

This paper introduces the combine walk transmission load simulation test-bed which uses frequency control of the motor as a power source，magnetic powder brake and gear combinations as loader.Industrial computer controls the size of magnetic powder brake load torque through the analog input and output card，and loads torque and speed through the torque speed sensor，and displays in the industrial machine in real-time.This test-lab can finish the programming automatic loading tests of the complex condition.
