Abstract
Intracellular polysaccharide of enriched selenium Cordyceps militaris used as material, with the methods of Pyrogallol,Fenton and the function of scavenging DPPH,studied the antioxidant capability of enriched selenium intracellular polysaccharide of C.militaris.The result showed:the polysaccharide abundant with selenium had better functions of scavenging superoxide anion radical, hydroxyl radical and DPPH.Compared with the control, the capability of scavenging radical was significant for the selenium polysaccharide. From the point of the radical type, compared with the control, the capability of scavenging DPPH was the highest, followed by hydroxyl radical and superoxide anion radical.
