Design on Conveying and Placing Device of 4SY-1.8 Rape Windrower

  • According to the current trend of mechanization in harvesting rape and the agronomic requirements,the key component of the 4SY-1.8 rape windrower-conveyer handling systems had been designed,the main structural and operating parameters of conveying and placement system,including telescopic cylinder,roller stand,conveying belt,making swath device and so on had been analyzed and confirmed.The field test indicated that the average angle of stem placement was 50.33°,it could satisfy the agronomic requirement of different rape harvesting stages and the mechanical picking up follow-up operation.
