Internal Flow Field Simulation and Structure Parameters Optimization of Centrifugal Fan of Snow Remover

  • When a centrifugal fan of snow remover works,there is a three-dimensional,unsteady and incompressible gas-solid two-phase flow in the fan.Based on vehicle parameters and snow removing requirements,a centrifugal fan of snow remover was designed and its internal flow field was simlated by CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics),which preliminarily reveals its velocity and pressure distributions.Then the optimization analysis was carried out on its structure and a centrifugal fan with high efficiency was four pieces of blades and 10° backward.
