Research on the Technical Parameters for Preparation of Decoloration Porcine Plasma Protein Powder

Decoloring porcine plasma protein powder was prepared by a method of enzymolysis and decoloration technology of active carbon.The decoloration effects under different enzyme and decoloration conditions were compared to confirm the optimum technology conditions of decoloration.The results showed that the optimum enzyme was animal proteolytic enzymes and the optimum technology conditions of decolorizing porcine plasma enzymolysis liquid by using active carbon were as follows：the decoloration time 30min，the decoloration temperature 50℃，the dosage of powdered active carbon 2.0%.
