Analysis of Finish Machining on Free Form Surface of Mould

Finish machining of mould cavity surface directly affect its quality.Taking the finishing technology of electrochemical，magnetic grinding and robot for example，operation theory and application were outlined.The ultraprecise machining technology of ultrasonic polishing，ion beam figuring and laser polishing process were introduced.Automation technology brought technical improvements，we should pay attention to product quality and user requirements.
