Study of Sampling Conditions on the Elastic Modulus of Corn Straw

Elastic modulus is the key indicators during studying the mechanical properties of straw. Basing on quadratic orthogonal rotating combination experimental design scheme，this paper studied on combined effects on the elastic modulus of corn straw influenced by moisture content，leaf position and sampling locations.The results show that there is a significant effect on the elastic modulus caused by the oneorder of moisture content，while there is significant effect caused by twoorder of leaf position and sampling locations.In addition，there is also a significant effect caused by the interaction of moisture content ＆ sampling locations and moisture content ＆ leaf position.These influences were likely due to the internal structure of corn straw.
