Microwave-assisted Dilute Acid Hydrolysis of Corn Straw into Reducing Sugar in Ionic Liquid[Amim]Cl

  • Effects of ionic liquid volume,sulfuric acid concentration,microwave irradiation time,microwave irradiation temperature and microwave irradiation power on dilute acid hydrolyzed saccharification of corn straw in ionic liquid medium of 1-allyl-3-methyl-iminazole chlorate ([Amim]Cl) by microwave irradiation were investigated.Results indicated that yield ratio of reducing sugar obviously increased with changes of ionic liquid volume,sulfuric acid amount and microwave parameters assisted by microwave irradiation heating.The best condition of acid hydrolysis was as follows:microwave irradiation temperature was 90 ℃,microwave irradiation time was 60 min,microwave irradiation power was 600 W and sulfuric acid amount was 10.0%,and yield ratio of reducing sugar could reach 21.87% obviously higher than 16.72% of traditional dilute acid hydrolysis method.
