Evaluation of Land Health Based on Matter-element ModelA Case Study of Zaoyang City in Hubei Province

  • Focusing on problems of information shield and subjectivity of comprehensive index evaluation in China,land health level with the theory of matter element analysis was evaluated.After analyzed the concept of land health,an index system was established based on Ecology-Economy-Society framework and analytic hierarchy process(AHP).Taking Zaoyang city,Hubei Province as case.integrated assessment model was constructed with matter-element model.Consequently,the results indicated that Wudian town and Qifang town were healthy zone,Xinshi town and Taiping town are unhealthy zone,and the others were sub-healthy zone.Relevant policies and suggestions were introduced.It provides a practical guidance for healthy and sustainable land-use in Zaoyang City.
