Test and Analysis of Improvement for Transmission Shaft with Duplex Fork Structure

A short and no length compensation of transmission shaft with duplex fork structure were introduced， including of transmission shaft body and joint fork ears on both shaft body ends with same reference at once. Two joint fork ears were one integrated structure. Several processes （like restructuring parts， extrusion， weldment， etc.） were reduced and clamping process of two ears could finished at one step. For improving positioning accuracy and avoiding machining error， quality of parts processing are improved.
