Analysis and Research of Rural Credit and Debt Cause——Taking Jiangsu Province as an Example

This paper argues that the rural debt is increasing year by year.It has become heavy burden of rural collective economy development，plagued the village daily administrative work.In this paper，the 18262 administrative villages of Jiangsu province，which indebted 40.6 billion yuan has been researched.And on this foundation，it put forward to the method of solving the village-level debt problem was strengthening rural collective assets，resources，and funds，developing rural collective economy，actively resolving the village-level liabilities.
