  • A HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of Sudan red I-IV in sesame oil was developed.The sample was prepared by a PrepElite GV Automatic GPC cleanup-concentration system.The recovery rate was 93.1%～107.7%，RSD≤3.7%.This method is reliable and can be applied for the simultaneous determination of Sudan red I-IV in sesame oil.
