By the organic fertilizer industry survey of 17 cities in Shandong province，we found that the quantity of organic fertilizer production enterprises in Shandong province，and wide distribution，many kinds of organic fertilizer products，part of the region has a geographical advantage，the rational layout of individual enterprises，industrial chain and long-term planning.Broad prospects for organic fertilizer industry in Shandong province，the obvious advantages of policies，resources and other parts of industrialization begun to take shape，complete the province′s organic fertilizer industry.But there are still issues such as regional development imbalances.Expected future industrial development in Shandong province，the sludge treatment will be a new bright spot in the huge potential of industrial waste disposal，the province′s organic fertilizer industry equipment and technology to achieve new breakthroughs.
