Focusing on characteristics of corn planting and harvesting in central plains region，Moshine 4YZB-1800 type movable corn harvester were designed.Problems of non-in-row maize harvest was solved by the machine with all width header.Parameters setting of husker was further optimized，and stable operation of whole was ensured by electrical monitor devices.
