Application of Membrane Separation Technology in Aquatic Products Processing

Membrane separation technology is a new technology which widely used in food industry in recent years.It has many advantages such as at normal temperature，no phase change，for no chemical change，selective，strong adaptability，etc.This paper mainly introduces the application of the membrane separation technology in aquatic products seasoning production，the extraction and purification of algae alcohol and polysaccharide substances，protein smallsize separation and purification.
