Finite Element Modal Analysis of Vibration for Mountain Miniature Corn Planter Frame Based on NASTRAN

  • Frame of mountain miniature corn planter has complex vibration deformation issues while sowing,and this issue should seriously decrease uniformity of plant spacing.Taking the 2BFQ2 type mountain miniature corn planter,independently developed by our institution,as the research object,3D model and finite element model of the frame was built based on UGNX75,and modals of frame were analyzed by using NASTRAN solver.Finally,natural frequency,total amplitude and main vibration mode were calculated,and then output cloud picture of displacement of each natural frequency.Results provide theoretical basis for frame subsequent designation and vibration reduction,and it is important to enhancing the uniformity of plant spacing and the sowing stability.
