Development of Sweet Sorghum Harvester

Sweet sorghum harvester design was proposed about technical difficulties for sweet sorghum harvest.Operating principles of some critical components，like stretch stalk-spike-reaping device，up and down transporter and hydraulic lifting device，were researched.Sweet sorghum stalk and ear combine harvest techniques were studied.And header with force reel import arrangement and multiple-unit blades layering to push stalks towards cutterbar for cutting was independently developed innovative.Cluster and straw were cut off layer by layer，and segmented length infinitely adjusted.Device could adapt to many varieties and different height of sweet sorghum ear harvest and stem cutting and placement.Sweet sorghum threshing and cleaning technology were solved.It proves a reference for research of high stalk crops stalk-spike-reaping device.
